1 Year System Mechanism
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a one-year guarantee on mechanical components for standard installations. This warranty does not cover natural disasters, abuse, cleaning, fabric, normal wear and tear, false ceiling setups, or blinds exceeding 2.25 metres in width.

7 Days Defect Checking
Please report any defects within 7 days of completion for repair or replacement review. After this period, the items are considered accepted and further service may incur standard labour, material, or access equipment fees.

14 Days Quotation Validity
To ensure material availability and current pricing, quotations remain valid for 14 days. After this period, prices, materials and installation schedules may be subject to review.

Returns & Cancellations
Every piece is custom-made for your home. Once an order is placed, returns or cancellations cannot be accepted. Please double-check fabric, material, mechanism, sizing and consultant notes before confirmation.
Payment
Secure payment by PayNow or bank transfer.
Payments are accepted in SGD only. Please double-check the company name before completing your transfer. Once full payment is made, the certificate of warranty will be issued within 7 working days.

Site preparation
Before installation day
To ensure a smooth installation, please coordinate the required site preparation before our team arrives. If additional help is needed, let us know and we can provide a quotation for the extra service.
Access & scaffolding
For heights requiring specialised access, please arrange suitable scaffolding, staging and safety certification where required.
Structural support
Any required reinforcement, steel frames, special brackets or mounting surface preparation should be completed prior to installation.
Electrical readiness
For motorised treatments, please ensure all required 13A / 20A power points and control wiring are ready for connection.
Concealed conditions
If unexpected reinforcement or repair work is needed due to undisclosed concealed items, these costs will be managed by the buyer.
Helpful Tips
Our curtains come beautifully pleated as standard unless you prefer a different style. Larger windows may show subtle joint lines as part of the crafting process. Blackout linings may feel firm at first, but they will soften and drape better after a short time in your home. For very wide blinds over 1.85 metres, our team can guide you on proper care to maintain their shape. If a specific material becomes unavailable, we will recommend a premium alternative of equal quality and value.
